Do dziś, wyroby swetrów stanowią jedno z głównych źródeł utrzymania na tamtych terenach. Również w XX wieku, swetry były używane jako element stroju narciarskiego. Nic w tym dziwnego, są doskonałą ochroną przed zimnem. Dziś jednak oprócz tej podstawowej funkcji jaką mają spełniać, możemy przebierać w niebanalnych wzorach, szerokiej palecie kolorów czy fasonów.
Oto kilka moich propozycji...
EN: SWEATER - the project has been developed by fishermen from the Gaelic Aran Islands off the west coast of Ireland. To this day, sweaters products are a major source of income for those areas. Also, in the twentieth century, jumpers were part of the ski outfit. Today, however, apart from the fact that they have to protect us from the cold, we can choose a non-standard designs, a wide range of colors and styles.
