Stylizacja na romantyczną walentynkową kolację

Walentynki już za kilka tygodni... Ciekawi mnie, ilu z Was obchodzi to święto i w jaki sposób je celebrujecie? Osobiście uważam, że uczucia warto okazywać każdego dnia, ale romantycznych niespodzianek nigdy nie za wiele - bez względu na to, czy zdecydujecie się na nie 14 lutego, czy w zupełnie innym dniu :) Dzięki uprzejmości eleganckiej poznańskiej Restauracji Italia, miałam okazję przetestować ofertę stworzoną specjalnie dla zakochanych. Piękna sceneria aż prosiła się o uwiecznienie na zdjęciach, dlatego podczas wizyty wykonałam dla Was sporo ujęć. Udekorowany płatkami róż stolik zrobił na mnie ogromne wrażenie! Jeszcze bardziej zaskoczyło mnie indywidualnie dobrane personalizowane menu, w którym znalazłam wiele niespotykanych, kuszących propozycji. Zdecydowałam się m.in. na przystawkę z panierowanym bakłażanem, aksamitny krem borowikowy, puszysty krem Brulee, czy delikatny mrożony deser z owocami i czekoladą. Należę do osób o wyrafinowanym guście, dlatego w kwestiach kulinarnych ciężko zrobić na mnie duże wrażenie... Na szczęście przygotowana z dbałością o każdy detal kolacja okazała się prawdziwą włoską ucztą dla zmysłów! Potrawy przypominały małe dzieła sztuki i smakowały wyśmienicie. Przemiła obsługa zadbała o to, aby wizyta przebiegała przyjemnie, dlatego nie mam wątpliwości, że to jedno z miejsc na mapie Poznania, do których będę wracać.

It’s only a few weeks until Valentine’s Day... I wonder how many of you will celebrate the special day of love and, indeed, how you will celebrate. Personally, I think that people should show their feelings to their loved ones every day, but special romantic gestures and are always a lovely surprise - regardless of whether you decide to do it on February 14 or on a completely different day :) Thanks to the elegant Italia restaurant in Poznan, I was able to get an early taste of a menu set especially for lovers. The beautiful interior of this charming restaurant was simply begging to be captured on camera for posterity, so during the evening I took plenty of pictures. And the first thing to capture my attention and make a big impression on me was the dining table, which was beautifully decorated with romantic and delicate rose petals :) I was then both surprised and delighted by the individually selected and personalised menu, which offered a variety of sumptuous and tempting dishes, many of which were new to me. I opted for a starter of breaded egg plant, velvety boletus cream, fluffy brûlée cream, and a delicate frozen dessert with fruit and chocolate. I pride myself on having refined taste when it comes to dining out, so it’s invariably difficult to really impress me when it comes to culinary matters. Happily, with every dish and every course prepared with love and attention to even the tiniest detail, the dinner proved to be a real Italian feast for the senses! The dishes resembled small works of art and tasted divine. And the attentive staff made sure that my visit was a particularly pleasant one, leaving me in no doubt that this is one of the culinary gems in Poznań to which I will happily return.
