Sometimes all you need to do is take off your shoes and take a walk barefoot through the long sandy beach... afterwards you need to take a deep breath to be able to see things from different perspective.

One of the most beautiful moments in my life was the moment when I realized that loving myself is the easiest way to give love to other people around me. Since then my life became much more easy. You need to feel happy with yourself to be able give happiness to the others. No one who feels empty inside can offer something good to the world...

So remember : love yourself and give love to the world !

Czasami wszystko, co musisz zrobić, to zdjąć buty i wybrać się na spacer boso po długiej, piaszczystej plaży ... następnie trzeba wziąć głęboki oddech, aby móc zobaczyć rzeczy z innej perspektywy.

Jednym z najpiękniejszych momentów w moim życiu był moment, kiedy uświadomiłam sobie, że trzeba kochać siebie bo to najprostszy sposób, aby dawać miłość do innym ludzi wokół mnie. Od tamtej pory moje życie stało się o wiele bardziej proste. Musisz czuć się zadowolony z siebie, aby móc dać szczęście innym. Nikt, kto czuje się pusty w środku może zaoferować coś dobrego dla świata ...

Więc pamiętaj: kochaj siebie i daj miłość światu !
