Kalimera!

Today's look straight from swimming pool next to my hotel in Pefkos. Firstly I would like to mention about my new FITNESS PAGE on my blog. Is still under construction. That page will show you my daily exercise and diet program, showing you my results (embarrassing ) now and later. I need to tell you that my metabolism has changed for last few years since I passed 35 and as I did not do anything about my body, I put a lot of weight on, moreover by body changed shape, like my bum , my legs, they look horrible. So I had a really down moments where I cried and eaten even more ( as I love to eat). But then I watched on Instagram that all gorgeous skinny bloggers and I said : stop. My problem is, that even if I like my looks I present to  you on my blog, I can  not wear what I really want. My style is even more crazy and funky, but unfortunately my weight and my shape does not allow me to really wear what I love. So I decided to changed it. I am not a work out fan, Do not like gyms and have no time for it first of all, but I started work out every day at home, spending only 15-20 min before work, crying from pain, sweating. So after a few months of irregular exercising, a 4 weeks  ago when I bough last available pair of my fav pair of jeans in H&M, to small for me, I decided to push myself to loose that unwanted fat on my belly and legs . After for weeks you can see first results so today my photo shoot was taken in my new Triangle swim suit.  When I chose this costume a few months ago I was worried if I ever going to wear  it, mainly thatTRIANGLEas my sponsor requires beach shots from holiday to put on my social media. Even if I am in the begging of my fitness journey I was more that happy I could finally show myself in that gorgeousTRIANGLEswimwear. Just to let you know some of the girls are Polish, but but you don't need to listen what they say, just follow the program ( or you can learn some Polish words too :).

I want also introduce today one more brand I collaborate with :TIJN EYEWEAR. They have a range of great glasses: optical or sunglasses. The choice is great and when I found my pink dreamy model I was really positively surprised when received it!! The quality and look exceeded my expectations and they are number one on my holiday.
