A visit to the spa, and more
Last weekend, we relaxed at the Hotel Carina in Pokrzywna. This town is located in the Valley of the Golden Stream in the Mountains Opawskie and is ideal for those who hungered for a rest in the mountains. Being with my daughter, we chose the all inclusive package with lots of attractions, which proved to be ideal for a family with a child. In free time, relaxation assured us, among others, spa area and pool with saunas and jacuzzis. The latter proved to be the most fun to for our Olivia. But I gladly took advantage of the treatments proposed by Yasumi - Institute for Health and Beauty. I chose stimulant cavitation peeling and mask with marine algae, which ensures proper hydration of the skin.
After consultation with the beautician tried out the cream suitable for my skin Eyes & Lips Contour Cream - for the eye area and lips. As I was assured his task is to regenerate and protect the delicate skin around the eyes and mouth, as well as the leveling of wrinkles and reduce the symptoms of photoaging. The cream contains elastin, vitamin A and E and grape seed oil. I use it for a week and I have to admit that the skin is perfectly moisturized.

Podczas ostatniego weekendu, odpoczywaliśmy w Hotelu Carina w Pokrzywnej. Miejscowość ta znajduje się w Dolinie Złotego Potoku w Górach Opawskich i jest idealnym miejscem dla złaknionych odpoczynku w górach.
Będąc z córką, wybraliśmy pakiet all inclusive z mnóstwem atrakcji, który okazał się idealny dla rodziny z dzieckiem.
W wolnym czasie relaks zapewniła nam m.in. strefa spa i basen z saunami i jacuzzi. To ostatnie okazało się największą frajdą dla naszej Oliwii. Za to ja chętnie skorzystałam z zabiegów proponowanych przez Yasumi - Instytut Zdrowia i Urody. Wybrałam pobudzający peeling kawitacyjny oraz maseczkę z alg morskich, która zapewnia prawidłowe nawilżenie skóry.

Jak mnie zapewniano jego zadaniem jest regeneracja i ochrona delikatnej skóry wokół oczu i ust, a także niwelacja zmarszczek i redukcja objawów fotostarzenia się skóry.
